For what purpose and on what basis are personal data processed

Schoonderwolf processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided them to Schoonderwolf yourself. For most personal data, the legal basis is that the processing is necessary to fulfil contractual agreements between you and Schoonderwolf, such as:

  • Handling your payment
  • Calling or emailing you if this is necessary for the provision of our services

  • Company details (company name, KVK number, VAT number)

  • Schoonderwolf analyses your behaviour on its websites in order to improve and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

The data that we collect and process in this context are:

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Schoonderwolf's websites and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, it is impossible for Schoonderwolf to check whether a visitor is older than 16. How long is personal information stored for

Schoonderwolf does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing of personal data

Schoonderwolf does not share your personal data with other organisations outside Schoonderwolf Groep B.V., except:

To provide our products and services, it is sometimes necessary that we work with external organisations, such as the supplier of our order portal or the organisation that provides our email accounts. We will conclude a processing agreement with all these parties to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Schoonderwolf remains responsible for all Processors that we engage.

Accessing, amending or deleting data

Under the GDPR you have the right to view, correct or have your personal data deleted. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data, to object to the processing of your personal data by Schoonderwolf and you have the right to take your data with you if this is technically possible (data portability).
